Submitting a warranty request is simple. You may complete the request at firstname.lastname@example.org, or you may call our warranty line at 307-632-8950 ext. 1410. For warranty emergencies, please use ext. 1411.
When submitting a warranty request, be sure to provide:
- Your full name
- Phone number
- Date of purchase
- The specific problem you are having.

Our commitment to customer service does not stop when the job for your new home or building is complete! Most of all, you have made a substantial investment and Gateway Construction, LLC is here to work with you to address any concerns you may have. We have taken extra care to build to the highest standards. However, we recognize that occasionally repairs are needed within the warranty period. We are dedicated to providing you with the most efficient and satisfactory means of communicating and handling warranty issues.
