We offer many distinctive floor plans to choose from, all of which can be customized to suit a customer’s wants and needs. We refer to these as “semi-custom homes.” We feature a team of in-house CAD designers who plan every aspect of the building process. We can also build from a customer’s plans, or design and build a custom home from scratch.
Client care is a top priority. Throughout the build, clients have regular check-ins with a project manager to get progress updates and answers to questions. We schedule a pre-closing walkthrough to walk the entire home, inside and out, to ensure the client understands every part of the home, how it works and how to maintain it. This walkthrough lasts approximately two hours and is something that very few builders do.
We build for the Wyoming climate by striving to exceed the energy codes adopted by the City of Cheyenne. Standard energy-efficient features include insulated vinyl windows with Low-E glass, high efficiency furnace, high efficiency water heater, Nest Learning Thermostat and ENERGY STAR® Zone 6 recommended insulation values.
All single-family homes include a passive radon mitigation system, sump pit and sump pump. Radon is a concern in Wyoming because breathing air containing high levels of radon poses a health risk. A sump pump prevents flooding from rainwater and guards against sewage backups.
All completed homes include a one-year builder warranty and a 10-year structural warranty. We maintain an in-house warranty tech who can typically respond to a warranty issue within 24 hours.
