Gateway Construction constructed and completed Peak View Apartments from March 2022 to May 2023. This development consists of six fourplex buildings, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in each respective unit. The first-floor units include 970 square feet and the second-floor units include 930 square feet, for a total of 3,800 finished square feet per building. On-site parking includes 35 standard spaces and two ADA accessible spaces. The complex also includes professional landscaping, a community gazebo, mailboxes and a trash collection area.
Electrical service delays posed a challenge during this project. Lead time on material was unfavorable, with a six- to eight-month delay to get the service gear. This was overcome by utilizing temporary electrical heating to progress with the build in the interim.
