A transplant from St. Joseph, Mo., Shawn has been overseeing Gateway projects since 2022. While in the United States Air Force, he attended the Community College of the Air Force trade schools, earning degrees in Pavements and Construction and Electro-Mechanical Technologies. He has served in the Air National Guard for the past 10 years.
Shawn’s day-to-day job responsibilities include creating schedules and working with trades to build the highest quality homes possible — ultimately making dreams come true! He appreciates the high level of talent and experience possessed across the Gateway team.
In his time away from the field, Shawn enjoys shooting, authentic Mexican food, hanging out with his wife and kids, and playing yard games.
