Gateway Construction is currently executing a development project in the Sweetgrass subdivision that consists of a total of 29 fourplexes. The buildings are a mixture of two-bedroom, two-bathroom units and three-bedroom, two-bathroom units with 1,046 square feet, for a total of 4,184 square feet of living space per building. The development will also include professional landscaping, a community park, sidewalks and mailboxes. All fourplexes are estimated to be completed by early 2026.
