Chad is an industry veteran with decades of experience under his proverbial belt. He ran his own tile company for over 30 years and has worked in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors of the construction industry, leading to a deep understanding of processes that he now uses to benefit Gateway’s operations.
As a field superintendent since 2025, Chad oversees the construction of residential builds from start to finish, making sure everyone involved is where they need to be, when they need to be there. He uses his superpower of finding outside-the-box solutions to keep each project running as smoothly as possible.
Chad’s favorites include Mexican food and sci-fi/fantasy/superhero movies. He’s also a car enthusiast, a LEGO-building expert and a huge music buff with over 65,000 songs on his playlist!
