Dylan grew up in Cle Elum, Wash., about an hour east of Seattle. He went to work in the Colorado oil field out of high school, later transitioning into concrete pumping and then residential construction. Construction was a natural fit for Dylan since his dad and grandpa are woodworkers. He worked as a superintendent in the Denver area before moving north to Cheyenne in 2022 to work for Gateway.
Dylan’s day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling trades to keep a project on track, performing quality checks of work and ensuring deadlines are hit. His superpower is his calm, steady personality that keeps stressful situations under control. He appreciates the family feel of the Gateway culture and the opportunities for career growth that the company offers.
In his free time, you’ll find Dylan shooting, fishing or camping. He also enjoys “The Boondock Saints” series and a good medium-rare steak.
