Originally from Green River, Pat Rudd attended the University of Wyoming, where he earned his B.S. degree in both Architectural and Petroleum Engineering. Additionally, Pat is a licensed Structural Engineer and Real Estate Broker in Wyoming.
Pat has been on the Gateway team since 2024 and finds satisfaction in positively influencing people’s lives by producing high-quality homes. He enjoys the people, culture and the open spaces Cheyenne offers and takes pride in being an active voice in the community. He is a current member and served previously on the board for the Kiwanis Club of Cheyenne, Black Dog Animal Rescue and the Southeast Wyoming Builders Association. He believes the promotion of our trades, construction and real estate are some of the most important initiatives for the long-term health of the community.
When Pat isn’t working, he loves spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys soccer, running, basketball, traveling, reading, eating (he makes a mean strawberry-rhubarb cobbler!), camping, water activities, summer barbecues and bingeing on Netflix. His favorite shows are “Game of Thrones” and “The Office.” Pat loves all animals but holds a special affinity for golden retrievers.
