Penny is originally from Savannah, Ga., but has lived in nine different states and fully understands the relocation process. She moved to Casper, Wyo., in 2021 and loves meeting people and learning about them. She has helped people all over the Cowboy State with their home purchases.
Professionally, Penny worked in financial services for 14 years with an investment manager and a hedge fund. It was there she gained her knowledge of financing and assessment of investment risk and reward. She moved back to Savannah in 2011 and worked as a realtor and a Buyer Specialist with a large team for over a decade. She believes her job as a realtor is to help her clients through the process, minimize risk and protect their interests, whether it is a first home, forever home or investment property. She has extensive experience with investment properties, including 1031 exchanges and buying real estate in a retirement account.
Penny was a military brat growing up and lived on military bases. As a realtor in a location with two military bases, she has extensive experience with VA loan purchases and the military relocation process. She is proud to be a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
Her personal interests include traveling, national parks, tennis, reading, history, baseball and fantasy football. She also speaks Spanish.
