Gateway’s 2021 Model Home: The Gallatin at Saddle Ridge
The model home we entered in the 2021 Cheyenne Parade of Homes was a large, luxurious home with picturesque views. This home features numerous upgrades to the finishings and structure.
The Gallatin is one of the larger plans Gateway offers. It has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and comprises 3,524 finished square feet and 3,730 total square feet.
This house does not reflect Gateway’s base plan, instead exemplifying our optional customizations, upgrades and amenities.
This illustrates our greatest value: Gateway is a semi-custom home builder (without the custom builder price tag!). We can help buyers craft a house that expresses their style and meets their family’s needs.

This large home includes several desirable structural features, such as

This home is part of Gateway’s modern series, and we chose furnishings that complement this. We styled this home with a minimalistic feel then utilized organic materials to warm up the space.
