Gateway is proud to announce that our Saddle Ridge model home received top honors in the recent Cheyenne Parade of Homes! The 2023 parade showcased six new homes constructed by five residential builders in popular neighborhoods throughout the city of Cheyenne. During the parade, held September 8-10, attendees voted on their favorites in four categories: Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite, Best Curb Appeal and Best in Show.
Gateway’s winning entry was the Sawyer at Saddle Ridge, which took home the gold for Best in Show and also Best Kitchen! The Sawyer is a spacious four-bedroom, three bath, 3,128-square-foot cottage that features a host of unique amenities including a gourmet kitchen with enormous hidden pantry, a relaxation zone, accent walls, wet bar, wine closet, patio and two-car garage.
